What is the delivery charge?

Delivery is Free for for all items except the following conditions:

  • Delievry to MBS and Sentosa – additional $20
  • Specific time request ( out of the standard slot) – additional $30 – $100
  • Sunday Delivery – additional $10
  • We do not deliver to the following: All Army camps, Changi Airport, Tuas and Jurong Island and all security restrictions area
  • Items in the add-on category are for add on only. Cannot be purchase on its own.

What are your delivery hours?

Our delivery go by the below slots :

9am to 12pm, 10 to 2pm, 2pm to 5pm, 5pm to 9pm.

Please ensure someone will be there to receive the delivery or you allow us to leave at the doorstep. If redelivery is required, redelivery charge is at $15 and subject to next available time.

What if recipient is not there at the delivery location?

In the event that the recipient is not around and uncontactable, we will contact you to check if we can place at the doorstep / shoe rack etc.

A redelivery charge of $15 to $20 is chargeable if redelivery is required. And will be subject to our courier’s availability.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes we do. Order has to be placed by Friday or earlier so that we can arrange for delivery and get the flowers for your order for delivery on Sat or Sunday.

Please contact us via WhatsApp or email or phone if you like to have the delivery to happen on Sunday as our system cannot capture Sunday order.

We want to be very careful on Sunday orders as there’s only limited available slots thus we only accept Sunday orders directly placed with our friendly staff.

Am i able to add in a personalised gift message ?

Yes you can!

Please input at the Notes box the message you like to include in your delivery together with Dear xxx , and sender name if any.

Self pickup

Can i self collect the flowers ?

Yes! You can opt for self collection where you select local pickup when you check out.

What are your self pickup hours ?

Our self pick up hours are weekdays 12.30 to 7.30pm.

Although we may not be always open as we are mainly an online shop , but once you placed your order online , we will be there for you to collect your order during the selected time slot.

In the event that we are not available, we will contact you to inform you.
